About our client:

Our client is a global technology company leading how the world connects, interacts and transacts with business. With increasing business growth, they are looking to hire a Solution Architect with Red Hat OpenShift expertise.

Our client is looking for someone with Lead Consultant/Lead Architect skills. You will be someone who is currently working with Openshift and can comfortably provide a solution to a customer and drive the deployment of the solution for the customer.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects for various clients.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and offshore development teams.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure the smooth delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Leverage your understanding of containerisation costs to ensure project efficiency.

Key requirements:

• 3 + years Linux engineering experience within Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Must be confident with kernel parameters and boot process, working with systems/processes/services, networking, reverse proxy, web serving, load balancing, LVM and raw storage
• Should have experience with Docker and/or Podman, Kubernetes implementation experience (Red Hat OpenShift)
• Understanding of the following concepts, preferably in a vendor distribution such as Red Hat OpenShift: kubectl, apply vs create (declarative vs imperative), Kubernetes storage (PV-PVC model, StorageClasses), Kubernetes networking (CNI and pod networking), Kubernetes security (X.509, OAuth), Kubernetes observability/logging/monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana or other similar tools, some or all of ELK, ELF, fluentbit, fluentd, vectord, etc.), Basic Kubernetes troubleshooting (kubectl commands for checking node/deployment/pod health, how to view and edit resources, CRDs, etc.)
• Relevant Certifications - some or all - Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers (RHCS). Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (RHCS), Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA); SUSE Certified Deployment Specialist (SCDS
