The Opportunity

This large CBD based organisation is looking for customer service focused people to join their fun and dynamic client support team.

In this position you will work collaboratively with other team members, users and various stakeholders to deliver a reliable user-focused first line support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• delivering proactive support services via phone and email;
• troubleshooting and problem solving of desktop, networking, printers and other peripherals;
• performing system and licensing audits;
• writing, maintaining and updating internal documentation including a web-based wiki;
• working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a consistent and responsive approach;
• proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved;

You will possess:

• minimum of 2 years prior Service Desk experience;
• knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server platforms;
• familiarity supporting the Microsoft suite of products;
• the knowledge of troubleshooting methods to resolve complicated technical and/or non-technical issues;
• attention to detail;
• enthusiasm to consistently deliver above average customer service;
• excellent time management skills;
