Our Client are seeking a suitably qualified Technical Support Analyst who is an outcome focused team player, to be successful in the role the candidate must have appropriate experience and attributes in the following areas;

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge or experience of Linux / RedHat.
• Experience of using remote diagnostic tools such as VNC or PuTTY.
• Provide first-level IT support for colleagues via phone, email etc.
• Accurately record all interactions.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to all staff
• Competent in the following technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Suite, Citrix, Anti-virus, Email Filtering
• Strong troubleshooting skills including prioritization, escalation and ticket handling.

In order to be successful in this role you will be driven, highly motivated and eager to learn. Degree qualification in an IT discipline or equivalent industry qualifications or experience is an advantage.
