About the Role:
In this contract role, you'll take ownership of the Google Workspace and email delivery infrastructure. This is a pivotal role within the Identity and Collaboration Platforms team, ensuring secure, reliable, and innovative collaboration services.
You'll be responsible for designing, enhancing, and supporting Google Workspace services, managing complex email delivery systems, and driving security compliance across multiple domains. Key duties include:
- Designing and implementing enhancements to Google Workspace and SMTP services
- Ensuring secure email delivery and compliance with DMARC, SPF, and DKIM standards
- Providing expert advice on platform evolution and strategic planning
- Managing capacity planning, security administration, and change management processes
- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor junior team members
What we're looking for:
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise IT environments
- Proven expertise in administering Google Workspace and email security technologies
- Substantial experience with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Strong cyber security mindset and ability to translate security objectives into actionable configurations
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills
