We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Analyst to join our team. As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT systems, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the successful integration and enhancement of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of requirements gathering for the integration between business and IT systems.
• Lead the team's technical design and advice activities to develop technical and data documentation and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and system administration for projects built upon existing IT systems.
• Lead design and discovery activities between Business and IT Teams.
• Capture business requirements and facilitate workshops to align business needs and expectations.
• Administer software applications and assist the technical team with systems configuration.
• Run database scripts to assist in requirements analysis.
• Identify and implement robust security requirements to safeguard data and systems against potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with both business and technical personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and facilitate workshops to align business needs and expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to administer software applications and assist the technical team with systems configuration.
• Well-developed ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.
• Previous experience in IT projects' implementation in the Education sector.
