We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in delivering large-scale, business‑critical digital solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
You'll join a highly skilled custom development team working in an Agile, cloud‑first delivery model, contributing to a major transformation program focused on modern, scalable web applications that support a broad user base.
What you'll do
- Lead end‑to‑end software development lifecycle activities: design, build, test, deploy and support
- Deliver robust, secure full stack web applications with a strong balance of front‑end and back‑end development
- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and technical peers to translate requirements into high‑quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership and authoritative advice on architecture, coding standards and best practice
- Champion code quality, automation and testing, including code reviews and CI/CD practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement across platforms, tools and development approaches
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating in a cross‑functional team
What you'll bring
- Strong hands‑on experience across JavaScript/ TypeScript with a genuine 50/50 front‑end / back‑end split
- Proven experience with React, HTML5, CSS and modern UI development
- Back‑end expertise using Node.js
- Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of enterprise design patterns, security and maintainability
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Practical experience with build and automation tools (e.g. Maven, Webpack, npm)
- Cloud development experience, ideally on Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
