As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise, working with a modern tech stack and best-practice engineering principles. You'll collaborate with product owners, analysts, and a talented development team in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex software applications and components.
- Apply best-practice coding standards, testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver well-engineered, user-focused solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation.
Essential Skills
- Advanced experience in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools: IaC (Terraform), containerisation (Docker), CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI development (e.g., RAG pipelines, context engineering).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable design patterns.
