Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments (PSS).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working within a Platform Engineering or enterprise technology team.
- Familiarity with government digital service standards and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tooling in a Salesforce environment.
