A leading Australian organisation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a complex, enterprise‑level Salesforce environment and play a key role in it's ongoing optimisation and growth.
This is a hands‑on position offering exposure to strategic projects, stakeholder engagement, and platform enhancement initiatives within a secure and highly regulated environment.
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and long‑term evolution of the Salesforce platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions and ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security controls
- Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, automation tools, custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through effective data management, cleansing, validation rules and governance best practices
- Manage deployments to UAT and Production and support post‑deployment troubleshooting
- Lead and support Salesforce enhancement projects working with internal teams and third‑party vendors
- Manage and monitor integrations with external systems and applications
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
- Produce technical documentation and deliver user training to support adoption
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Salesforce administration role
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service or Health Cloud
- Advanced experience with Flows, Process Builder, approval processes and automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data management and deployment processes
- Experience working with integrations and release management tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Copado - highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I
Experience within highly regulated or secure environments is advantageous but not essential.
