About the role:
This role establishes, leads and delivers the integrated scheduling of ICT projects and programs. It is responsible for overall project scheduling, resource management, tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, identifying all major events and dates, to track program work, time, phase, and resource utilisation requirements
Deliver effective tracking and reporting on milestone management and dependencies
Consult with program / project managers to identify risks and opportunities, perform schedule change impact analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making
Provide charts and reports in response to regular and ad-hoc requests from Project / Program Managers and other stakeholders
Establish standardised methods, tools, and techniques to ensure projects and programs are able to provide schedules, resources and dependency data in a consistent and efficient manner.
Provide integrated resource modelling, forecasting, and planning for projects to support the development of business cases, project plans, audit reports, and submissions for capital funds
Develop and maintain professional and expert relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful for the role, you must have:
10+ years program scheduling experience in an ICT/OT or similar environment
Created schedules in P6/MS Project into an overall master program
Engaged with PM's weekly/fortnightly to update and validate progress against schedule
Tracking labour & project costs vs schedule
Provided earned value reporting to aid in progress analysis
Managed risks within the schedule for transparency and assurance purposes
Program Progress Reporting for PMP
Project Assurance Activity Documentation ensuring Artefacts are in place
Cyber Security experience is highly desirable!
