Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of functional requirements to support platform enhancements, across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Run workshops with stakeholders to define, validate & translate processes and requirements into system enhancements.
• Ensure optimal design for configuration, documentation, and testing to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging technology to improve business performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and reduction of issues.
• Work closely with developers to create detailed system designs aligned with client requirements, prepare specification documents, and coordinate development activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and external consultants during project scoping to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
• Partner with technical team to resolve design challenges and deliver accurate solution specifications.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Functional Consultant similar role in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience across the software development life-cycle, including proven involvement in estimation and business case development, systems design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Salesforce nice to have, but systems agnostic is favourable)
• Proven experience in systems interface and integration in complex legacy environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
