A senior Change Manager is sought for a newly created opportunity where you will embed and evolve their people-first approach to digital transformation and drive strategic leadership with clients.

Joining a fast paced and collaborative team of executives, senior leaders, developers, UX designers and creatives, together you are dedicated to empowering people through technology. This role will suit a senior leader with a flair for creative problem-solving, very agile, and a confident communicator.



Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the change management discipline, from strategy to execution
• Understand the change management consultancy market and competitor
• Proactively seek and support the executives in developing business opportunities
• Provide robust and effective change advisory services and consultancy to clients across all management levels
• Work with client's key contacts on change management thought leadership and impact to project success
• Develop and evolve product offerings to respond to market, client requests and RFP
• Oversight of budget, deliverables, and client satisfaction on all change projects
• Lead a team of project managers and change manager/analysts
• Recruit and onboard new team members within reporting line

As such you will have the following key experience:

• Proven Change Management expertise
• Ability to shift between projects and clients rapidly, with influential communication skills
• Is adept at producing change products and assets for clients
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and has worked on complex technical projects
• Has extensive client and stakeholder management experience
• Willingness and ability to be hands-on, undertaking and facilitating change activities as needed
• Any Change Management qualifications is an advantage - such as APMG
