Our client is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the rollout of a company-wide Scheduling, Time & Attendance program. This position focuses on translating intricate workforce regulations and payroll considerations into clear, actionable system configurations that meet compliance standards.
This is a daily rate contract, with hybrid work arrangements.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements surrounding staff scheduling, rostering, timekeeping, and attendance processes.
- Leverage expert knowledge of industrial awards, enterprise agreements, and internal business protocols to ensure seamless integration of these rules within the new system.
- Analyse current operational practices, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements that align with the objectives of the implementation.
- Engage actively in the design, configuration, and validation of system solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, interviews, and detailed process analysis to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, HR, operations, and technical specialists to deliver solutions that uphold industrial relations compliance and support business outcomes.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong background in Award Interpretation and Business Policy.
- Sound understanding of Payroll, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Rostering is key
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and project documentation.
