Our client is embarking on a major transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this high-impact program. This is a long-term day-rate contract with flexible hybrid working arrangements, perfect for professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

You will work closely with diverse business and technical teams, requiring exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end analysis for complex system implementations, ensuring seamless integration across multiple squads.
  • Translate business needs into actionable deliverables, supporting decision-making and program success.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies in a rapidly evolving environment.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience on large-scale transformation programs.
  • Previous consulting background (preferred but not essential).
  • Demonstrated success as a Senior BA on complex system implementations (ERP, CRM, or similar), from initiation to delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
  • Flexible approach to hybrid working, tailored to suit individual and team needs.
