  • Facilitate workshops and research sessions to identify pain points, design solutions, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Produce high‑quality artefacts such as business cases, submissions, user stories, journey maps, process maps, blueprints, personas, and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cyber security, information management and future business needs.

Essential Criteria

  1. Minimum 8 years' experience as a senior Business Analyst on technical projects. Cyber security exposure is highly regarded.
  2. Strong liaison, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with large stakeholder groups and synthesising input into actionable requirements.
  5. Experience producing business analysis artefacts including business cases, user journeys, process maps, functional decomposition models, user stories and test cases.
