Seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst with Iteration Management experience to join this dynamic and growing project team to elicit, analyse, document and validate the business needs of stakeholders, and work closely with a team of developers, QA and product managers.

As such you will have the following skills and experience to be considered for this opportunity:

• Liaise with representatives from across the business to gather detailed business requirements
• Work closely with front end development team to ensure the designs and requirements match business needs - with preference for similar consumer facing digital/front end projects experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Create artefacts relevant to the current project stage, such as user stories, functional specifications, test plans
• Iteration Management (or Scrum Master) experience, and passion for retrospects, backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Work closely with the development team to answer questions and address issues throughout the build
• Outstanding team player with problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with any front-end consumer facing Finance, banking, payments or Accounting systems would be an advantage
• Any experience in the utilities sector as a Senior Digital BA, in the front-end consumer side, would be favourable
