Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Specialist
Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract
Location: Sydney
Start Date: Monday 29th April 2024 to Friday 29th July 2024
Working Arrangements: 1 to 2 days in the office preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist for a 3 month contract with our client.
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors modules and helping improve the existing business rules, process implementation and integration's into 3rd party applications.

The client uses SuccessFactor modules ICM, RMK, EC, Onboarding, ONB, Learning, Succession and about to go live with Performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in those mentioned and good hands-on ability to implement change requests.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with a background as an SAP Specialist, someone who has implemented SAP SuccessFactors systems or worked as a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and configuration settings within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure, customise, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Assist in the development and delivery of user training and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, providing expertise on SAP SuccessFactors functionalists and capabilities.
• Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates, new features, and industry trends, recommending enhancements and optimisation's where applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant specialising in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, and Succession Planning.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customising SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment is advantageous.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
