SAP Procurement Consultant

Role Summary:

Seeking a SAP consultant to drive the business and functional requirements for the SAP procurement process and translates business requirements into SAP functionality | 6 months rolling contract | Sydney based.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with Finance and Procurement SMEs to ensure that all requirements are captured with a particular focus on strong governance and controls.
• Ensure that deliverables are on time and on budget and that all documentation is complete including operational support handover documents
• Manage the testing for the project including execution, test analysis and defect management
• In order to safeguard the integrity of the SAP System, ensure that all production migration checklist requirements have been met.
• Where needed, manage the relationship with external vendors to ensure they effectively deliver against requirements.

Experience in Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in IT delivery methodologies and tool (Jira/ALM) and project methodologies including Agile.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 10+ years as a SAP Procurement Consultant including several years with SAP S4Hana Procurement.
• Experienced with SAP Financial Systems IT-based projects.
