Experis are proud to be partnering with one of Australia's leading insurance providers, who are looking for a reporting specialist for an initial 6 month contract.

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is with limited source documentation, to analyse and reverse engineer Cognos reports and packages, technically documenting them, and then rebuild as SAP Business Objects Webi reports.

Requirements:

• Very strong BO v4.0 - 4.2 Webi report design, build capability (with version v4.3 understanding desirable)
• Cognos report design and build capability
• SQL development capabilities
• Ability to reverse engineer Cognos reports with limited or no documentation
• Strong analytical skills (to be able to achieve the above reverse engineering requirement)
• Ability to interact with business (non technical) users/stakeholders for: requirements gathering, UAT, PVT and warranty period fixes.
• Strong documentation skills being able to document "as built" in a plain English way with minimal jargon and high degree of completeness and accuracy.
• BO Universe design and build an advantage.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
