About the Role

Our client is a leading global business communication provider. We're seeking a capable and committed Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale networking, infrastructure, and cloud-based projects. You'll be the customer champion, balancing technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring while ensuring high-quality results that align with business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-visibility projects across Cisco ISE, AWS/Azure cloud, and enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on collaboration, delivery excellence, and coaching.



Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer needs and resolve issues with technical and operational precision

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of impactful infrastructure and network projects

  • Maintain proactive relationships across customer contracts and delivery teams

  • Understand client business drivers and deliver outcomes that support success

  • Support and mentor junior Project Management Professionals across delivery streams

  • Manage work allocation, task coordination, and escalations across project portfolio



Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management experience in networking/infrastructure delivery
  • Proven experience managing Cisco ISE and cloud-based projects (AWS/Azure)
  • Deep understanding of ITIL functions and complex project lifecycles
  • Project certifications (Prince2, APMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Comfortable engaging with global enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management
