Program Manager

Location: ACT

Contract duration: ASAP until June 2024 + 12 month extension

Clearance: Ability to obtain Baseline

Duties:

• Establish, execute, and oversee program governance, ensuring alignment with departmental frameworks and methodologies of the Digital Solution Division.
• Produce comprehensive program documentation, encompassing system products, design materials, and operational documentation, meeting high-quality standards.
• Strategize, arrange, and oversee the execution of interconnected projects, including the management and monitoring of program risks and issues, and tracking mitigation measures in accordance with established project management and organizational methodologies.
• Define and evaluate success indicators, monitoring progress by aligning technical delivery with program objectives.

Required Skills:

• A sound understanding of both project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and agile frameworks (SaFE)
