Are you an experienced Program Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking an APS5-level professional to join a team delivering fit-for-purpose ICT-based solutions that help improve lives through essential service delivery and platform support.

About the Role

As a Program Analyst, you'll support the design, delivery, and coordination of high-impact ICT programs. You'll work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement across program functions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing program strategies

  • Provide project management and administrative support

  • Maintain reports, analysis, risk, and issues registers

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage team Kanban boards and contribute to team meetings

  • Coordinate project meetings and workshops

  • Maintain clear and consistent program documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  1. Experience in a similar program or project support role

  2. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

  3. Proven experience in hands-on program management

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Desirable

  1. Experience in projects, PMO, or business administration

  2. Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence

  3. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving work practices

  4. Passion for accessible design and inclusive digital solutions
