Our client, a reputable organisation based in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Agile and Business Analyst capabilities to lead the delivery of a brand‑new product from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of product vision, direction, and value delivery within a high‑performing Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritise, and refine the product backlog to support the creation of a new end‑to‑end product.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and technical squads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive solution design, requirements gathering, and user story development using Agile best practices.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure clarity of scope for development teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement and customer‑centric product evolution.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Agile Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and build products from concept through to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and modern delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Background in any industry is welcome-what matters most is product ownership depth and delivery mindset.
  • Experience or interest in Business Intelligence is highly regarded.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role - one day per week onsite in Malaysia, with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
