Responsibilities Include

  • Provide technical leadership across multiple squads (Platform, automation, integration).
  • Hands on development of plugins, extensions, and integrations while guiding best practices and quality standards.
  • Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural patterns and governances.
  • Mentor and support developers, ensuring consistency across squads.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts and Project Manager.
  • Support Release management through Reviewing code / changes, merging changes, Troubleshooting / resolving DevOps issues.
  • Provide Production support by triaging issues and assisting with fixes.
  • Programming C# for Dynamics 365 development, particularly for plugins, custom workflows, and web resources and JavaScript for client-side scripting in forms and web resources.
  • Customization of entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards.
  • Configuration of business rules, workflows, business process flows, and actions.
  • Integration of Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third- party tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), or custom integrations.
  • Usage of PowerApps for extending Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Using Power BI for reporting and data visualization from Dynamics 365.
  • Usage of Power Automate for automating processes.
  • Usage of SQL Server for database operations, queries, and data management in relation to Dynamics 365.
  • Deployment strategies, environments management, and version control using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Visual Studio Online.
  • Management of security roles, field security profiles, and understanding of Dynamics 365 security model.
  • Usage of UX design principles to enhance usability within Dynamics 365 customizations.
  • Usage of tools like XrmToolBox for various development and troubleshooting tasks.

Selection Criteria

  1. Experienced in Programming C# for Dynamics 365 development, particularly for plugins, custom workflows, and web resources and JavaScript for client-side scripting in forms and web resources. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (like Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, etc.) depending on the specialization. Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 architecture, including Common Data Service (CDS) or Dataverse.
  2. Experienced in customizing entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards. Experienced in configuring business rules, workflows, business process flows, and actions. Skills in integrating Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third-party tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), or custom integrations.
  3. Proficiency in PowerApps for extending Dynamics 365 capabilities. Using Power BI for reporting and data visualization from Dynamics 365. Knowledge of Power Automate for automating processes.
  4. SQL Server knowledge for database operations, queries, and data management in relation to Dynamics 365. Understanding of deployment strategies, environments management, and version control using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Visual Studio Online.
