Leading international organisation are looking for a client facing Portfolio Lead / Programme Director (NV1 Cleared) to join their Sydney office. You will have experience of managing high performing Program Managers with responsibility of the P&L and overall delivery of Programs into client sites. In return you can expect a salary of up to $210K + Super, a competitive bonus structure a rewarding and challenging program portfolio within growth areas of technology. This role has a national remit so whilst Sydney based there will be regional travel

The main roles and responsibilities for this Sydney based opportunity are highlighted below

• Overall responsibility for the management and delivery of programs into end clients
• Manage the client relationships from pre-sales conception through delivery and into BAU
• Identify potential business development opportunities within existing clients and communicate to sales and pre-sales teams
• Develop and foster relationships with end client and internal and external stakeholders ensuring the success of all programs
• Adopt a continuous improvement approach and ensure controls are duly implemented within programs
• Assist with the definition of the wider business strategy of the APAC region
• Manage and mitigate program and organisational risks

The main skills and experience need for this Sydney based opportunity are highlighted below

• Extensive client facing Program delivery experience within IT
• NV1 / NV2 Clearance
• Line management of Project / Program Managers
• Experience of working within Defence or Federal government
• Understanding of Pre-Sales
• Excellent budget management (P&L) and resource management skills
• Happy to travel in the ANZ region to client sites
• Australian Citizenship is essential due to security clearance requirements
