Our client is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to lead the enterprise‑wide planning, sequencing, and coordination of strategic initiatives across a diverse project portfolio. This role plays a central part in ensuring that programs and projects are resourced effectively, aligned with organisational priorities, and delivered with clarity and confidence.
This will be a daily rate contract, with hybrid work arrangements.
- Maintaining an enterprise skills and capability matrix to inform workforce planning and resource decisions
- Overseeing the allocation of resources to projects based on capability, experience, and availability
- Designing and embedding a consistent scheduling methodology supported by templates, processes, and best practices
- Managing the organisation's master schedule, integrating multiple project and program timelines into a single consolidated view.
- Identifying scheduling risks, dependencies, and constraints, while working with delivery leaders to establish mitigation and contingency plans.
