We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our partner programs and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving sales success through operational excellence.

Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for digital campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and operational excellence? Join our fast-paced, collaborative team and help us drive performance across digital channels and affiliate networks.

• Manage and Support Digital Campaigns: Coordinate campaign briefings, update templates, review key visuals, monitor KPIs and A/B tests, and ensure timely execution aligned with the marketing calendar, including post-campaign analysis.

• Lead Affiliate Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and nurture affiliates, develop marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance while preventing fraud.

• Handle Marketing Operations: Collate data for reports, maintain organized marketing documentation, ensure timely submissions, and provide ad hoc support to the marketing team.

Skills and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or affiliate marketing
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
