Exciting Opportunity!

We are seeking a Creative and Marketing Event Coordinator to support leading technology service provider in Melbourne CBD. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional event experience. Responsibilities include developing content programs, managing relationships with cross-functional teams, executing event branding etc.

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate event marketing, Event marketing strategies & Event production
• Exhibition and sponsorship management
• Event registration and technology requirements
• Agency/supplier relationships
• Event finance and budgeting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
• Desire to work in a regional, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Strong project management capabilities. Must have the ability to juggle multiple, concurrent demanding initiatives
• IT/Technology background would be desirable
