- Up to $80,000 (+ Super) depending on experience
Our client is a leading outsourced IT services company (MSP), they provide Managed IT Services to businesses Australia wide. This is a permanent role to join a boutique team who keep their client/consultant ratio low, in order to ensure the best service to their clients.
What to Expect:
- Be a part of a young, dynamic, and exciting company.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot.
- Provide IT support for medical businesses.
- Ongoing training and support.
- Work with O365, Exchange, Cisco, and MS Servers.
About you:
- MSP experience is a must.
- Level 2/3 support experience.
- Great time management and customer service skills.
- You LOVE technology.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Results driven.
- Rights to work fulltime in Australia.
- Medical application experience would be advantageous.
