Level 2/3 Help Desk - MSP

Our client is a leading outsourced IT services company (MSP), they provide Managed IT Services to businesses Australia wide. This is a permanent role to join a boutique team who keep their client/consultant ratio low, in order to ensure the best service to their clients.

What to Expect:

  • Be a part of a young, dynamic, and exciting company.
  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot.
  • Provide IT support for medical businesses.
  • Ongoing training and support.
  • Work with O365, Exchange, Cisco, and MS Servers.

About you:

  • MSP experience is a must.
  • Level 2/3 support experience.
  • Great time management and customer service skills.
  • You LOVE technology.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Results driven.
  • Rights to work fulltime in Australia.
  • Medical application experience would be advantageous.
