This is an opportunity to lead the design and implementation of complex data solutions that will transform enterprise data management and reporting capabilities.

You will be a thought leader across the enterprise data space, driving the development of scalable, secure and efficient data architectures. Your work will underpin business transformation, enabling migration from legacy ERP systems to a modern ERP platform and uplifting enterprise BI, reporting and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver consolidated and extended enterprise data platforms.
  • Develop data management strategies, policies and technical architectures.
  • Design and implement complex ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration.
  • Mentor data professionals and uplift organisational capability.
  • Assess and recommend technologies for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Produce architectural documentation, analysis reports and roadmaps.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Expertise in large-scale data cleanse and migration, ideally ERP transformations.
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end, scalable and secure data architectures.
  • Strong experience with BI/Analytics integration and high-volume data pipelines.
  • Mastery of data modelling and storage solutions for high-concurrency workloads.
  • Experience architecting solutions on major public cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable:

  • Experience with data lake/lakehouse platforms and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau data preparation engines.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and security configurations in cloud environments.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility in hours and location.
  • Maximum 40 hours per week.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline security clearance.
  • Recent police check and WWVP clearance (or evidence of application).

Why Apply?

This is a high-impact role where you will shape the future of enterprise data management. If you are passionate about data architecture and thrive in complex environments, we want to hear from you.
