• Provide customer service/ technical (Level 1) IT support to internal employees in person, telephone, and /or emails.

• Guiding team members through onboarding procedures, providing troubleshooting assistance as needed, and ensuring prompt escalation of any unresolved issues.

What you're going to need:

• Excellent communication abilities, allowing you to convey information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  
• While prior experience in Service Desk or IT customer support is desirable, we welcome enthusiastic learners who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
