Great contract opportunity for a Front-End developer experienced with VueJS to join a successful tech start-up / scale up who are currently working on an exciting re build and modernisation of their online booking platform that is the 1st of its kind in Australia.

Over the past few year's the team have been growing fast (40+ employees and counting) and are currently looking for a front end developer to join them on an initial 4 month, full time contract until march then possibly extend longer term.

Environment:

Join the team in the Brisbane office or work from home or fully remote, its flexible to suit you. They communicate via slack and have weekly product meetings to discuss progress and any blockers etc.

You'll be working closely with the existing frontend developer and the Lead developer to help drive the development of the product rebuild. There is a very clear roadmap of the workload and requirements.

Skills and experience:

• JavaScript ES6, CSS3, and HTML5
• Vue in particular Vue 3's new composition API
• REST API Design & Implementation
• GIT & working in a CI/CD environment

Nice to haves:

• Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of UX
• PHP, Laravel
