The role

• Developing and implementing front end solutions as part of a broader project team
• Producing high quality code with excellent test coverage
• Code reviews and efficient and effective code maintenance
• Estimating and planning to assist with the development of the product roadmap
• High collaboration with all developers and team members for delivery in a highly diverse and productive team, working closely with product owners and technical leads to understand requirements and technical issues
• Proactive involvement in research and development of potential new technologies to incorporate in the product

To be successful

• Substantial experience in React, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap/Material 6. Strong experience in unit testing, eloquent in explaining when to unit test
• Demonstrated strong adherence to enterprise design patterns, code modularity and maintainability including SQL, NoSQL, APIs etc.
• Excellent communication skills including extensive active listening skills, clear verbal communication skills and conciseness
• Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact and negotiate with a variety of customers and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills and the ability to problem solve in a test environment
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide advice and effectively prepare and present complex information
• Ability to develop detailed understanding of business requirements and translate these into well-engineered programs
