Opportunity for a Front end Developer experienced with JavaScript to join a world leading, CRO specialist company who have become one of the best in the world because of the quality of their work. They have been working with leading Australian and International brands for nearly a decade. You would be joining a growing company of 30 + staff and a collaborative digital team (designers & developers) of 10.

The ideal Developer will have strong experience building websites on the front end and be comfortable working on Conversion Rate Optimisation Setup utilising knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS to create A/B Tests. This could also suit a developer who enjoys the analytical & digital marketing side of the role. ReactJS experience would also be hugely beneficial.

Responsibilities overview:

• Develop JavaScript for experiments to re-render or add functionality to a web page
• Review Wireframes & Designs prior to development
• Identify possible development hurdles
• Communicate with clients where needed
• Assist other developers where required
• Identify and communicate issues found or other considerations / edge cases

Skills & Experience:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Version Control (ie. GIT)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize testing platforms

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• ReactsJS
• Shopify, Wordpress or Woocommerce
• Storybook.js
• AEM experience
• Knowledge of SEO practices
