The role:

You will have the chance to help the team define an exciting new direction for the way their APIs interface with the public, this will involve designing and developing front-facing websites and web apps, with a focus on speed, accessibility, scalability and innovation.

You will also be involved in building web tools and interactive experiences, including creating and maintaining virtual room editor tools, dynamic Mapbox maps and cutting edge WebGL techniques through packages like three.js.

This position would suit a Front End Developer who is framework agnostic, and more than anything else has a strong understanding of core web dev principles. If you have experience with React, Vue, or Gatsby, etc then that is a bonus.

Skills & Experience:

• Solid, commercial experience in a front-end role

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Working with APIs

• General user interface improvement and management

• Follow documented git and agile-inspired workflows

• Ability to think laterally and problem solve

Nice to haves:

• WebGL and associated JS plugins such as three.js

• Mapbox's GL JS API

• Figma/Xd/Photoshop

• Exposure to PHP/Python, GIS/geospatial data
