Team environment:

The team is very friendly & relaxed, and at the same time also highly proficient. There are 12 Sydney based staff growing to 15 this year. You will be working alongside 2 other experienced Frontend developers and 5 backend developers so plenty of chances to collaborate and learn from each other. There is a flat hierarchy which means your voice will be heard and you can really make an impact with your own ideas.

Huge chance for you to grow and developer your career, you will progress your development, UX, project management and client services skills to the next level.

There is also true flexibility where you can work around your own commitments, you can work from home a few days each week or also come into the office which is based south west of Sydney in Campbelltown.

Skills / Experience:

Utilize your Frontend development, UX and design skills on a day-to-day basis to assist on the Tech projects. There is plenty of scope for creativity and innovation in this position.

Essential:

• Frontend developer experience
• JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
• Design and UX experience
• Ability to quote, plan, schedule & report on projects
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Confidence & ability to communicate directly with clients
• Take pride in your work, high attention to detail & thorough QA testing

Nice to Have (but not essential):

• PHP background
• Python dev experience
• WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Frontend build tools such as Grunt and Webpack
• SCSS/SASS and Zurb Foundation
• Ability to use an API in JSON format
