We have a new contract for a Salesforce Education Cloud Developer on a contract basis in Melbourne, with experience in the Higher Education Sector.

Our client strategically unified its multiple CRM systems onto a Salesforce platform to streamline processes and increase productivity across the board.

The decision to implement Salesforce's latest sector specific technology stack, Education Cloud.

Essential criteria:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience across a variety of CRMs including large scale product implementations and customisations.
• Significant experience in enterprise application software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and support and a thorough understanding of the SDLC, release management, environment management and configuration management.
• Exposure to working on enterprise wide implementation and roll-out of Salesforce/ other CRMs.
• Experience in Salesforce Industry Cloud Administration (Omnistudio, standard and custom objects, security and access, user/ data/ activity management, reports and dashboards, workflows and process automation), Salesforce Industry Cloud Customization (using Omnistudio, Business Rules Engine, Data Processing Engine, SOQL, Apex Classes/ triggers/ Visualforce pages, Lightning components) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding and applying Salesforce Education data models (Education Data Architecture or Education Cloud).
