Digital Performance Analyst

Contract: 12 months

Extension: 12 months x 2

Clearance: Minium Baseline



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated reports and analyse data to uncover insights into key performance metrics, utilising PowerBI and Azure DevOps data.
  • Create high-level artifacts, including business, process, and data flow diagrams, to represent current and future states of data and application management.
  • Present analysis documentation to senior executives for approval and decision-making.
  • Prepare technical and system documents to support reporting and analysis efforts as needed.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume operational data and information.
  • Proficiency in analysis using platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive improvements in business and customer outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to gather reporting requirements and provide operational data for decision-making.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude, able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Highly desirable: Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and manipulation.
