DEVELOPER

Contract duration: 12 months (With a possibility of going Perm on-going)

Location of work: ACT ONLY

Duties:

• Ensure development teams follow best practices: code reviews, unit testing, meeting definition of done.
• Work in agile environment for efficient digital project delivery.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Identify and refine application development patterns with architecture team.
• Monitor and address technical debt to minimize complexity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
• Lead development of fit-for-purpose applications to meet business needs.
• Facilitate smooth transition of solutions into operation.
• Contribute to branch planning and strategy.
• Align quality assurance with branch priorities.
• Engage in regular code reviews and teamwork.
• Participate in requirements analysis and user story estimation.

• JavaScript/TypeScript and React
