About the role

• Provide on-site, telephone and remote support to a diverse
• Assist in the roll-out and upgrade of Windows 10

To be successful for the role, you should have the below mentioned:

• Extensive service desk and L1 support experience
• Experience with Windows 10 upgrades and roll-outs
• Experience using a range of standard MS imaging and management tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of networking technologies, including wireless and 4G
• Experience with fault finding and problem-solving in large multi-site organisations
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a complex environment

Must Haves:

• NSW Driver's License for travel between sites
• Must have at least 1 dose of Covid vaccination
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen is required
