We are seeking experienced Manual Testers to join a major Case Management Solution Program. This multi-year initiative will replace existing customer-facing portals with a consolidated client-facing portal, delivering a streamlined and simplified user experience. The program is entering its delivery phase, and we need skilled professionals to help ensure quality outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Test Manager, you will develop and operate a testing framework that supports the delivery of high-quality digital services and products in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document and execute test plans
- Communicate complex information clearly and succinctly
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Jira, Confluence and case management systems
- Partner with business analysts, developers, solution architects and product owners to clarify requirements
- Troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and provide clear defect documentation
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive manual testing across enterprise business applications, with strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Proven capability in delivering System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing for D365 modules
- Hands-on experience testing D365 applications or related modules including workflows, forms, security roles, data migration and custom extensions
- Experience validating D365 integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party systems)
- Ability to design, maintain and execute detailed test cases, scripts and traceability matrices based on functional, technical and business requirements
- Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for test management, defect tracking and reporting
Desirable Criteria
- Basic understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress or Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) for running automated tests
- Ability to troubleshoot basic automation failures
