Exclusively, we are collaborating to identify a seasoned professional with expertise in D365 FinOps or AX analysis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in deploying and supporting the D365 FinOps ERP solution, contributing to the augmentation of its functionality and meeting operational requirements.
Role Description: Dynamics AX or D365 FinOps Application Support (Supply Chain experience)
The role entails responsiblity for supporting the ERP system in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution through working with the business to plan, design and deliver enhancement, functional and operational requirements.
- Provide support and expert advice regarding deployment and functionality of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Business Processes.
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards.
- Direct programming activities with the vendor or appointed partners in the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 and integrated platforms.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.
- A minimum of three years of commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O experience is required.
- Have an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain principles and finance knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in project coordination and full software implementation lifecycle.
- Proficient in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, order fulfillment, and warehouse management.
- Data and Process Modelling: experience with data integrations, data modelling, and system migrations.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications.
- Ability to understand complex technical issues and define a path to overcome these.
- Proven track record of delivering system enhancements and upgrades to meet business outcomes.
- Ability to interact with external vendors and ensure that business requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
- Desirable if you are mandarin speaking but not essential.
