Leading Animal Health Organization is hiring for Customer Service Associate! Based In Sydney!

Role Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Associate is to provide a level of customer service to both internal and external customers that meets company and market expectations.

Of critical importance to the successful execution of this role is the ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail and sound IT experience and the ability to grasp technical product and market information.

Duties:

• Process orders to meet warehouse cut off
• Consignment Tracking and Tracing.
• Liaise with third party logistics
• Answer phones and emails supplying relevant information to both internal and external customers.
• Process free and bonus orders including creation of new customer accounts.
• Attain mastery of ERP, CRM (SAP, MAXX) and other systems as required to effectively problem solve within the customer care function.
• MAXX / CRM tool - Ensure tasks requested by sales reps are completed in a timely manner.
• Send copies of MSDS's when
• Maintain AQIS and APVMA licence via government
• Create Debit/Credit notes and customer returns within KPI timelines.
• Run reports when required by BU's.
• Provide regular audit documentation and engage in internal audits as required.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and participate in projects when relevant.
