Our client is embarking on a major enterprise‑wide technology transformation and is seeking a Change Manager or Sn Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this multi‑year program. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a strategically significant initiative that will modernise systems, uplift digital capability, and reshape how the organisation delivers services.
The Senior Change Specialist will work closely with program leaders, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver end‑to‑end change strategies across the transformation roadmap. This includes leading impact assessments, guiding communication and engagement efforts, building change readiness, and ensuring employees are supported through each phase of transition.
Key Capabilities & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement engagement approaches in environments with high performance expectations.
- Strong track record of building productive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholder groups.
- Experienced in performing detailed assessments to identify learning and capability requirements.
- Comfortable navigating structured, compliance-driven, or heavily governed organisational settings.
- Exceptional facilitation skills paired with clear, confident communication at senior levels.
- Highly attuned to organisational dynamics, with strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
