Our client is seeking a committed and adaptable Change Manager to join their team on a vital payroll initiative, running until the end of the year. This position demands a hands-on individual who can immerse themselves in the project and effectively handle diverse challenges.

This will be an initial day rate contract through to the end of the year, with the opportunity to extend, based in the inner suburbs close to the CBD, where you will be required to work on a hybrid model, 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate thoroughly into the payroll project, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Take part in impact assessments and business readiness planning.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to change initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to the PMO Change Management framework, whilst reporting directly to and following the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Employ agile practices, specifically Jira and Kanban, for task management, though the team may not follow traditional agile methodologies.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in change management within complex project environments.
• Experience with Payroll, HCM/HR/HRIS projects would be highly regarded (and in Oracle solutions would be a bonus)
• Any experience with Organizational Change Management, would be beneficial
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Jira and Kanban, is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
• Resilient and willing to engage deeply in all aspects of the project.
