Change Manager

Location: ACT

Initial Contract: 12 months

Extension: 12 months

Our big federal government is looking for a Change Manager to join the team.

Duties:

• Evaluate and execute a comprehensive plan for streamlining communication channels.
• Establish and adhere to a communication schedule tailored to each aspect outlined in the plan.
• Implement change management practices using established methodologies such as PROSCI or Kotter, encompassing development, application, and oversight.
• Conduct analyses to gauge business impact, readiness for change, and identify pertinent stakeholders.
• Review, refine, or establish a Benefits Realisation Framework for assessing project outcomes.
• Devise and execute strategies to facilitate the adoption of project-driven changes.
• Craft, disseminate, and oversee communication efforts directed at stakeholders.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by project leadership.

Please note due to the nature of work, only AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with a minimum BASELINE are considered for this position.
