We are looking for a Change Manager to join this dynamic, close knit and fun project team environment. The Change Manager will provide day-to-day delivery of Change Management activities, ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and that impacted business areas have a smooth transition to new solutions implemented.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with selected business units as the main conduit between them and the project team.
• Business Readiness and Impact Assessment delivery
• Foster strong working relationships between different teams
• Prepare communications to support key project implementation milestones.
• Ensure that project objectives and approaches are adhered to.

Skills And Experience

• Excellent change management expertise gained on a range of various scale business improvement and/or technology programs.
• Participation or contribution to the development and delivery of communications, process improvement activities and learning strategies.
• Agile approach
• Mature ability to apply Change Management methods and approach
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in IT and Transformation delivery projects are very highly desired for the portfolio of work this role will be responsible for

Please note that this is a 24-month fixed term contract (annual salary) opportunity where you will work in a hybrid blend model of both working onsite (based in the SE suburbs) and remotely. A great team environment is on offer and the comfort of a nice long term engagement.
