SAP Functional Consultant: Transition Lead

Seeking an experienced, capable business transition/change consultant experience in data migration.

Job description:

• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of finance, projects and procurement business transition activities
• Create a detailed business transition plan
• Documentation of transition tasks required to prepare for the technical cutover
• Work with stakeholders to implement and report on all key cutover tasks

Requirement:

• 5+ years proven experience in senior IT business transition / transformation lead roles in complex, integrated largescale enterprise environments.
• Experience must include change/cutover/transition role includes data migration.
• Experience with largescale data migration merger/demerger, ERP Systems, SAP-ERP specific functional domains (MM, SRM, FI, PPM/PS), Corporate Finance and Accounting, Operational Projects Management.
• Producing visual aids to communication timelines i.e Powerpoint
