About the role:

You will work within the Customer Engagement team and focus on a Human-Centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with business and digital stakeholders and with consumers of the proposed solution.
• Identify and analyse outcomes desired including needs, preferences and pain points and communicate the impact of
• Uncover opportunities to leverage new technology capabilities
• Confirm that the solutions delivered address the needs identified and deliver the business outcomes in the Business Case.
• Ensure testable outcomes are defined.
• Align delivery to business capability and technology roadmaps.

To be successful for the role, you must have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in formal Business Analysis methods on projects and initiatives varying in size, complexity, ambiguity and abstraction.
• Proven ability in BPMN standard.
• Experience in business analysis within a Waterfall or Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performing stakeholder workshops.
• A strong understanding of BABoK.
• Knowledge of Human Centred Design is highly desirable.
