Join a highly respected local professional services firm who provide meaningful solutions to various end-clients within the Federal Government space! Our client is seeking multiple Business Analysts to join their fast-growing team on either a contract or permanent basis.

About the Opportunity
You will gain exposure to various government end-clients, working as a BA to elicit requirements for new or changed processes. Each exciting day will differ, with duties including (but not limited to):

• Selecting, adopting and adapting appropriate BA methods, tools and techniques
• Designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Considering non-functional requirements, including the technical and security constraints of government departments
• Ensuring findings align with the client's strategic direction, business architecture and design standards
• Researching solution options, including feasibility, cost and time to implement
• Identifying and managing risks

About You
You are an excellent communicator who is able to hit the ground running, with minimum 5+ years BA experience under your belt. Further, you possess the below skills/experience...

• Critical thinking and a variety of approaches to problem solving and experience in Agile ways of working
• Attention to detail and care for the quality of your work
• Use of Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Business process modelling tools
• Optimising business processes using Lean techniques
• Experience with the below is highly desirable:
• design and configuration of smartforms
• process automation
• data analytics
• proficiency in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning

Please note, due to the nature of the work, a current Baseline Security Clearance is highly desirable.
